At The Furniture Gallery, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it in its original manufacturer packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For small items, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for oversized furniture, our concierge will contact you to schedule a professional freight pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
